I want to lock a document so the formatting does not change when opened at the recipients end.
At the moment all my nice tabbing etc gets all messed up when being opened by a recipient.
is there a way of locking the document so nothing changes?

This sounds like a compatibility issue with whatever program/version your recipient is using and the format the files were sent in. We need more information to be able to help.
What version are you using?
What program/version is the recipient using?
What format are you sending files in? |

| If you want to prevent editing than export the file as PDF. |

What version are you using? 3.2.1 (build 9502)
What program/version is the recipient using? MS Office 2007
What format are you sending files in? |
MS Word 97/2000/XP |
