Sorry for the silly question, but I can't manage to write on the side of a tab... is it possible? I created a small tab and I would like to integrate it in the paragraph, writing on its left side... any help appreciated
I'm using OpenOffice 1.1.1 italian version |

Put your table inside a frame, and change the anchor and wrap properties of your frame in order to fit your needs.

Thank you! Now I have a frame with the tab inside, and i can write on the side. The only annoying thing is the light gray border of the frame, that disappears when printing... is there a way to obtain a WYSIWYG tab + frame combo?

Try the settings under Tools -> Options -> OpenOffice.org -> Appearance

Or in the table's context menu turn off Table Limits.
