Solved - closes OpenOffice.org on host

When I try to start OpenOffice, I get the following message:

Either another instance of OpenOffice.org is accessing your settings or your personal settings are locked. Simultaneous access can lead to inconsistencies in your personal settings. Before continuing, you should make sure user "closes Openoffice.org on host".

I have found your previous replies to this subject, but cannot locate the correct path for version 3.2 on my Windows 7 setup. Any help will be appreciated.

Now working ok. I did an uninstall, then did a search for OpenOffice* and deleted everything that I could. Then I did a reinstall.
