TOC and Chapter/Page Numbering with outline numbering

I have created a doc with chapter numbering using outline numbering for instance:
Chapter 1
Par 1.1
Par 1.1.1
Par 1.1.2
Par 1.2
Chapter 2
Par 2.1
Par 2.1.1
Par 2.1.2
etc.

The page numbering I am using is Chapter - Page number (each chapter starting with page 1). I would like to create a TOC with references to the page numbers reflecting the above, for instance:
Chapter 1 ..................1-1
Par 1.1...................1-1
Par 1.1.1............1-1
Par 1.1.2............1-3
Par 1.2...................1-5
Chapter 2 ...................2-1
Par 2.1....................2-1
Par 2.1.1.............2-1
Par 2.1.2............2-10
I am not getting how to do this. I there anyone who knows how to do this?

You need to edit the TOC:

In "Structure", you can insert "Chapter no" before the page number and put a dash in between as separator.

* Right-click TOC, Edit Table, "entries" tab
* Place cursor in white field before #
* Press "Chapter no". This will insert the chapter number: it appears as E#
* In the white field after E#, type your hyphen

The solution above is not quite what we need, it results in a TOC that look like:

Chapter 1 ..................1-1
Par 1.1...................1.1-1
Par 1.1.1............1.1.1-1
Par 1.1.2............1.1.2-3
Par 1.2...................1.2-5
Chapter 2 ...................2-1
Par 2.1....................2.1-1
Par 2.1.1.............2.1.1-1
Par 2.1.2............2.1.2-10

There needs to be a new feature created to properly handle the use of chapter-page numbering so that the TOC, INDEX, and Cross-References all refer to the correct chapter-page number.
