Turning linked images into embedded images in oo

Izinator,
I completely agree with Cybb20, examples with cpp are rare (except those with OLE/COM)
I am completly beginner in C++ and try to undestand UNO/C++ See the top of thread

Is it possible for you to put this example in code snippets thread but with the complete code : how do you call this sub... and also how do you compile it.

Yes, that would be nice.
And if you do so, please include the full code, so the preprocessor commands too (from the C/C++ code I have seen I didn't even see any #include <foo> commands).

I am having a similiar problem that I suspect has to do with timing, does anyone have a workaround in java?
