I am a Mac user and am having problems using Windows XP at work trying to print labels from my database. First I have created a database from a spreadsheet and have gone thru all the steps properly. When I get the mail merge screen I select all records and send my data to the printer
my printer is an HP Laserjet 1320r.. It prints the first sheet of labels and then the printer goes offline. All other programs print fine. I am running v 3.2 of OO.Can anyone help?
Also one last thing how do I select or highlight all records in mail merge to print?
Any help is greatly appreciated. the process is highly frustrating. |

| Did you try just File-->Print and say yes to the form letter prompt? This method has all records selected by default. Did you use the Data to Fields button? |
