Ok I'm using OO 3.1.1

We have a spread sheet with headers. We want to create address labels from the data in the file.
As I understand the 1st step is to create a dBase file. File - New- Database. I've done this. Followed the Wizard. However it is only saving the 1st 13 lines of the spread sheet. I've done this in the past and not had problems.

What am I missing here?

Do a Save As from the spreadsheet and select dBase as the file type. Use File > New > Database, bullet Connect to Existing Database, select dBase below then navigate to the file's directory. All dBase files in that directory will become registered data sources.
