help with time sheet

Hello every one.

I am new to OO, I am just trying to do a time sheet at my work.

The conditions are,

1) Every one should have 11 hours gap between their shifts, if any one is working within 11 hours then it should flag up saying " alert" in red.

I am attaching the sheet I have developed, but the probblem with that is that, by defauklt its saying "alert" and even if there are no breeches, but some one is not working on that day , its saying "breech".
