How to add a new series to XYDiagram ?

Hello.

I've an com.sun.star.chart.XYDiagram in Calc that that contains some series and want to add a new series

I can provide either range name or data array.

Is it possible?

Can somebody give an example of doing that?

I had the same issue, and I followed this help :

The trick is to use com.sun.star.chart2 that provided new chart methods.
