I have a mail merge document that I use each month to extract a list.
Now I need to change a Year10 field to a Year11 field in order to extract the proper data for next year.
Can I edit the template merge document as I would any other.... delete the old field and drag in the new field in its place, then 'Save As' a new 2011 template??
