How to obtain error message for a given ErrorCodeRequest?

Hi,

I'm seeing occasional ErrorCodeRequest interactions whilst loading files.
The only information in the ErrorCodeRequest is the ErrCode (68368).

How can I convert that to a useful message to display to the user?
The error should be: The encryption method used in this document is not supported.

Somehow I think I have to obtain an appropriate XResource* interface, but all the approaches I've tried have led to nowhere.
