I am using the following line in the math writer:
Code:
I = int from {x=0} to {x=5} { sqrt{25 - 25 sin(%theta)^2}   5 cos(%theta) d%theta }

The problem is that I am getting a space between the d and the symbol theta. Is there a way to tell OpenOffice not to generate that space in its output. That extra space makes it look wrong.

If you install the coming version 3.3, there is a "nospace" modifier that helps a little. In my view it could well have pinched the spacing even more, though.
Code:
I = int from {x=0} to {x=5} nospace {sqrt{25 - 25 sin(%theta)^2} 5 cos(%theta) d%theta }
or
Code:
I = int from {x=0} to {x=5} {sqrt{25 - 25 sin(%theta)^2} 5 cos(%theta) nospace{d%theta} }
