I have no idea how to do this at all as never really used a spreadsheet before. Would not know where to start
Going to have 5 coloumns Name Date Start Finish Time.
I would like it to add up the time i have spent doing a reiki session with clients.
Cheers Teri |

Add up the times and apply number format [HH]:MM
The [brackets] shows 1 day and 13 hours as 37:00 whereas the "normal" number format HH:MM would show 13:00 cutting off the 24 hours of a day. _________________ Rest in peace, oooforum.org

Do you know how to add any numbers at all?
Set the format of your time column for "Time", either HH:MM or HH:MM:SS. Use the adjacent column to convert the time to a number:
| Code: | | =HOUR(B2)+MINUTE(B2)/60 |
Then take the sum of this new converted column.
