Newbie Needs Help

Hi, A very long time ago, I used an Access Database for entering resumes. I was able to enter the name, address, etc as text in the form. Each Job Skill was a label in the form (just as the label "Customer Name" might appear above a box for entering the customer's name), however instead of entering text, we simply clicked in the box next to the desired Job Skill.

Can I create something like this in Open Base? If so, what is it called and how can I do it?
