toolkit and icon theme of OO 2.0 (680 m51 / 1.9.51)

How do i change the icon theme or/and the toolkit theme of Openoffice 2.0?

I have just downloaded the pre-realease version 1.9.51 of OO for linux. I did not find any simple way to select another theme than the default theme.

Browsing the folders of OO i found some interesting file called "images.zip" with thousands of icons in it. But replacing them by others (for example the "crystal" icon set) did not have any effect. (By the way for developers: "lc5501.png" is less intuitive than "fileopen.png")

Also i have no idea how to change the look of the toolkit. I thought that OO 2.0 would use the native look of the environment. But instead of my "Bluecurve" theme the toolbars use always something like MSOffice's "Luna".
