How to add pictures in comment ?

If you are asking how to add a picture to a comment on this board then it has to be hosted elsewhere and enclosed in Img tags. You cannot attach an image.

If you mean insert images in the yellow comment boxes, I think you can't do that.

I want to add comment(annotation) in word document.
How openoffice in comment add pictures?

As far as I am aware, this cannot be done in Writer.
