| When I try to download templates, I get a message saying the site is temporarily not available or has moved. What is going on? |

The site is still there, you will just have to keep reloading till the page comes up. A lot of the OOo related sites/pages have had problems for weeks since the change over to the new software. The bad part is that there is no telling if/when the problems will be corrected. Now that Oracle has given up on OOo. 
If you know which template you need let me know as I have several here that I can send copies of or links to for you.
