I live in a part of the world where YY-MM-DD is used as the default date format. I have typed that in several cases, but Calc fr example insist on messing it up.
I have so far not found any setting to put things right. Under "Calc/calculate" there are three different variants, and none is viable. There is nothing in Language settings.
I am using LibreOffice 3.3.0
