I'm using OO and produce documents which I then print/save as PDF to distribute. But, I cannot find a way to protect the pdf files. I only want recipients be able to read and or print them, currently they can do everything.
How can I do this? |

The extendedPDF add-in now has a commercial version that offers document security features. Or, you could try the PDF Toolkit, it may do what you're after. _________________ Noho ora mai, ka kite ano.

Actually, it was the extendedPDF site that gave me the link for the toolkit. £29.99 is a bit rich for me, thanks to the NZ-UK exchange rate, so discovering a cheaper alternative was a pleasant surprise. _________________ Noho ora mai, ka kite ano.

| It's already residing in my System32 folder. Thanks, maxqnz, for pointing to this great open source utility. |
