I have a 34 page MS Word .doc file. The page numbers are at the bottom on the status bar, saying 1/34, for example, on the first page. When I import this file into OO, then save it in .sxw format, then open the file in OO, the page number on the status bar says 1/1. The entire file is apparently regarded as one page. How do I make OO paginate this file, so that it recognizes that there are 34 pages in it?
Thanks for any response. I'm a newbie at OO; I've tried it before and there were always lots of things I couldn't figure out how to do. It seems better this time around, but I still can't figure out how to make OO do pagination . Thanks for any response and help !! |
