|
|
I have OpenOffice 1.0.2 running on Redhat Linux 9. My printer is an HP 540. The printer drivers used are for the HP 540C, since I cannot find HP 540 drivers for Linux.
When I go to print an envelope, the addressee prints, but not my return address. Both fields show in the "insert envelope" dialog, and if I go to print preview, both fields show in the preview.
My print area "seems" to be fine, but the return address will not print at all.
What am I doing wrong?
Other documents print just fine.
Thanks for any assistance.

| Try printing to a full size piece of paper to see if you just need to adjust the the position items on the Format tab of the Envelope dialog. |

I tried that. I should have mentioned it. Printing on a full page does NOT print the return address. It shows up in print preview, but does not print.
Thanks,

| It could still be a Position problem (printing off the page) so try setting the Sender positions approximately the same as the Addressee positions and see if it's just not printing at all. If that's the problem I'm not sure what to do. |
