I try to register a document as .doc and it is impossible to read it with microsoft word (of course the good version)
do you know why ?

Can you tell us what you mean by this:

What actually happens when you try to open the .doc file in MS Word. Is there an error message, do you see something you don't expect to see?
Also, what version of OOo, what version of MS Word and what version operating system (+version) are you using?

the text is all gray one cannot read it
I am using the last version of oo and ms word 2000
