I am attempting to link word processing documents to the databases for fields in each document. Does anyone know how to do this? _________________ Cpl. Gregory Beck |

That article was great but not exactly what I was wanting to know. I have forms that are in an electronic format and I would like to create a dBase which would contain all the information that I would want to enter. I would then like to print out the forms and the required data would automatically be filled in with the data from the dBase. This way I would have to do it anymore by hand. _________________ Cpl. | Actually that is exactly what you want to do. Its called mail merge. What format are your electronic forms in? Are the OOo documents produced by writer? You can use a database file or spreadsheet to accomplish this. |
