If I have 12 rows of data, each with 14 columns of info and not always are all 12 rows filled with data (they will probably be 0's when no data present. I know I can hide results of "0")

The results in the columns are results of other formulas.

If column B has the order number in which the rows are to be displayed...

How can I have those rows displayed always in the correct order, lowest # to highest from column B?

example.

...This is what rows look like based on the formulas results:
bananas, 2, yellow, c, 2.50,....
oranges, 4, orange, b, 1.79,....
grapes, 1, purple, c, 1.99,....
cherries, 3, red, a, 3.15,....

...But this is what I want:
grapes, 1, purple, c, 1.99,....
bananas, 2, yellow, c, 2.50,....
cherries, 3, red, a, 3.15,....
oranges, 4, orange, b, 1.79,....

Thanks
OO3
-Dale

Select all 14 columns, do Data > Sort and select column B to sort by.

I need it to be automatic. I forgot to state that fact in my original post.

I think saving the file after the sort is as close as you will get to automatic.

You could use formulae to automatically generate a sorted copy of the unsorted data.
See attached doc (Sorted copy.ods)...
