I use Draw quite a bit, and my wife wants to do some house plans with it. However, her English language skills are not yet good enough. She has Vista as op system, somehow modified from an English install to Russian. Her OOo install is English. Is the instruction manual for Draw available in a Cyrillic version?

You can download the Russian language pack or the Russian version of OOo from http://www.openoffice.org/download/other.html - the language packs are more to the bottom of the page. Make sure that the language pack version matches the version of OOo that your wife is using. It's a normal install file, after installing she can switch between Rusian and English user interface, and the Help should be Russian as well.
