I am working in Windows 7 on a new laptop. It seems every time I log on there are one or more documents that need recovering. On my other computer this only happened when the power suddenly went out. Now, I am shutting down properly every time and almost everyday I have documents that need recovering.
Today, also for the first time it could not recover two out of three documents. Before it told me they failed, it first said that they did not exist and then that they were locked.
What is going on? |

Ok. I found the files that the program said were not recovered. Before I opened Libreoffice today, I did some reorganizing of my files. So, I guess they were not where the program expected them to be.
I still have the question of why do I have to recover something every time I log on? |
