I am a new user of libre base and i have absolutly no idea about how to do anything i am currently making my highschool computor project and i decided that im not going to use access as i cant afford the original one and i dont want to pirate the software.
i need some help from you guys im in libre office and as far as i know i dont really see a major difference between it and open office.
i am creating a simple database with nothing fancy now my computor teacher says that i have to create a few buttons:
for exiting
for going to the next entry
for going to the previous entry
prefferable for a new entry
and a search bar.
i know that i have to put code via macros and i know how to do all of that but i dont actually know how to code in this i asked my father and teacher however they only know visual basic.
Can someone please help me ASAP as this project is due in a month from now and i still have to do a ton of documentation.

Search this forum for "base tutorials" - as this are basic tasks, which can be achieved without macro coding... using the navigation bar _________________ Cheers

Hi,

Me either.
But you can send me your offer -how many $$$ you pay- to get running code. Then I -maybe- can invest some time to it. _________________ Cheers
