You are normally notified when a new reply is posted to your question.
Unfortunately there are a lot of spam postings, the moderators will delete these when spotted.
In your case the spam was deleted before you clicked on the link in the email.
Nothing we could do here.

That was because somebody posted spam in the thread that was afterwards deleted.
