Function/command that writes in external Cell?

Hi,

I'd already thank you for reading my thread
However my problem is that I've been unable to find somekind of "=write(Cell;"Text")" function. I wondered if there was some way or function that would write a certain text in a specific cell. Mainly for a IF-function, forexample, that if it was like:
=IF(A1=1;write(B1;"Yes");write(B2;"No"))
Because what I'm doing right now is trying to make some sort of Tic-Tac-Toe in Open Office Calc, and instead of just having something like a 2 Player version, I'd like to make a way of playing against the Computer.

You would have to put an IF function into both B1 and B2, ie

B1=IF(A1=1;"Yes";"")
B2=IF(A1<>1;"No";"")
