upload file or post a pic of a spreadsheet

Is there a way to upload a Calc spreadsheet file or post a pic of the spreadsheet in question on this forum? It may make it easier to understand the question sometimes.

This site doesn't have an upload facility, but you can upload files to an file sharing site http://www.mediafire.com/
But we advice you use the new site http://user.services.openoffice.org
