 Just recently was referred to OOo from an excellent forum I recommend - "Computer Cures" - one of ZD's serveral forums.
I had a problem trying to open a very large Word format file of JPGs' I made and saved - 227 megs.
After trying many different programs and methods to open it, I was referred to OOo which did the job on first try.
Now, I'm sold and egger to learn how to use it.
Glad to be aboard. You'll be hearing from me with many questions, to be sure -

Im a newbie here too so be nice  ....Was directed here by a friend who said it was a great place and the peeps were very helpful...Looks great so far...and I too will be asking lots of questions lol...Cheers[/quote]
