Open Office 3.3 Crashes After some time during conversion.

We are using openoffice 3.3 for converting any document like word or jpeg etc to pdf installed on windows. However when we use open office after some requests (say around 300) requests open office crashes with the following error as shown below.Some times open office process hangs and doesn't even throw exceptions. We tried installing openoffice on windows 2003 and windows 2008 and the results are same.We then tired installing open office on Linux and the result is same. We are connecting to openoffice remotely. However if open office is installed locally we dont have this issues. Any suggestions?
