| I just installed Open Office but the Help button on Write doesn't work. When I click the question mark icon I get a little window telling me how to uninstall Open Office. |

| I did it twice. The first from OpenOffice.org. The download worked but I could not get past the registration process. So, I uninstalled and downloaded again from cnet.com. |

Uninstall Internet Explorer 9 - it dislikes OOo very much. Version 8 will be installed instead.

| Strange. As a matter of fact, the first installation attempt was under Mozilla Firefox but that didn't work so I tried with IE. |
