I am trying to print a 6 page spreadsheet. When I check the print preveiw I am only seeing the enteries in columns A<B<C. I printed it off and thats all that was printed.
I have checked out the help pages but still cant sort it out.
Can anyone help.

| In the print dialog (the box that you get when you hit cntrl+p or choose File->Print...), hit the general tab (it's the first one). They give you the option to choose to print all sheets, the selected sheets, or only selected cells. Choose the first option. |

Thanks for getting back.
Unfortunatley this does not solve my problem.
I have enteries from 1 to 152.
And from A to E.
When I try to print I am only printing A to C. D to E is blank.
Hope this helps. |

Have a look at Format > Print Ranges.
Or have a look at View > Page Break Preview to get an idea of what OOo thinks it should be printing. _________________ jrkrideau

If there's not a defined print range, it may be that the cells are set to "hide when printing" select them and right click>Format Cells...>Cell Protection Tab. If the "Hide when printing" check box is a dash or a check, click on it until it is empty and apply. _________________ Jared |
