How to restore only one of 3 files

Hi, while i was working writing a file on the writer, I opened other 2 files in the same program. The system crashed, because one of the file was corrupted. When I restart the program he ask me if I want to restore the files, but how I can chose to restore only the file that I need? Where is it, Where I can find it without opening the corrupt one?
Please help me.

The safest bet is probably to drag the offending file to another folder or to rename it, so that the recovery routine can't find it.
