I am running xp and have downloaded ooo several times. tried to install, but all thet ends up installing is the stupid funmoods toolbar....
i then get a page telling me to look for the shortcut on my desktop or ooo in the list of programs but nothing on both counts.......
this is driving me a bit potty, any help gratefully recieved....

Did you download from http://www.openoffice.org/ ?

Did you download from http://www.openoffice.org/ ? |
no i didnt cos it said apache was not available for english(british)
but perhaps i made a msitake. downloading now, will keep you posted
