Time not displaying properly in Writer

Have a user who has created a sign up sheet, but in the table when she puts in the time, it is adding an extra set of digits (seconds).

So instead of 2:00pm the time is displaying as 2:00:00pm. Where do we turn this off so it does not display like this?

Select the offending data, right click, select Number format, in the dialog box select Time and select the formatting you want.
