So I downloaded this clipart image from here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/images/results.aspx?qu=football%20helmet&ctt=1#ai:MC900412532|mt:1|
But when I insert it into Writer, it has a white border that won't go away no matter I what I do. I tried to turn it invisible, I tried turning borders off... nothing. The white border just won't go away.
I'm also unable to change the gradient or actual color of the clipart besides using grayscale, black and white, and watermark.
Any ideas on what's going on?

I can't reproduce that - I can't change the color of the helmet (I'm not sure that OOo can edit WMF files), but I can change the background, and I don't get the white border.
Are you inserting in a HTML file? What version of OOo do you have? _________________ LibreOffice 3.6.3; OOo 3.4.1 on Windows Vista

Hi floris_v,
I'm using OOo 3.3. I'm inserting the clipart into an .odt file. I'm using .odt becaue in my last post a member asked me a question that helped me determine that saving as a .doc in Writer was breaking my logo designs. |
