I am attempting to construct a cash flow spread sheet. I need a formula similar to the excel if/then formula. Spread sheet is constructed as thus:
Column B is the base line receivable or payable.
column C is the week one amount projected/actual.
column D is the week two projected/actual.
etc.
I need a formula that will take the base line amount of a payable (say $1) and if the entry for column C is $0, rather than the -$1 payable due, then it will add the $1 payable that was not paid in week one to the payable due in week two column D so that column D will read -$2.00 rather than the -$1 due in week two, and so on.
Please advise |

J... You might try posting this in the Calc conference instead of here. I'm no accountant/bookkeeper, but if you could give a few more sample row calculations for my enlightenement I'd give it a whack ...in the other conference. There you'll find others much more informed than I am to possibly give better advice.
