| Is there a way to change the DEFAULT settings for numbering and bulleting? I would like to totally shut them off, so that when I'm numbering it doesn't automatically do the whole indent/number (or bullet) - I would prefer to do that manually as *I* see or need, not as the program does. There are times when I number stuff that I don't want it or need it indented however it's a pain in the BUTT to have to go back and undo it over and over and have to fight with it .. I'd rather just shut it off for all documents and then - when needed - just highlight area I need to bullet/number and go from there, instead of it being on a whole document. I tried looking through the HELP and it only showed for a paragraph and even then, no help for shutting it off as a default setting. Please help?? |

Tools > Autocorrect > Options > uncheck the numbering option.
