Refresh data in spreadsheet

Im a new user of Open Office
Previously I was using Ms Excel to import data from a text file onto a preset excel sheet using the " refresh data" option


**On preset excel sheet (with column names)
To import text file into it (on A2 cell- excel sheet,right click-->refresh data)


How do i replicate this process on the open office spreadsheet
Please give detailed steps
