Hello Everybody,
I am really excited to be a part of the OpenOffice community. It is so refreshing to feel like I am truly involved in the character and functionality of the software that puts the 'personal' in personal computing. I am committed to supporting and promoting the Open Source movement (see my signature). I also just purchased Sun Office 7 as I want to support Sun Technologies for their significant contributions to efficient and creative computing.
My first question about OpenOffice 1.1.4: I was exploring the spreadsheet and created a hyperlink from a cell to a new text document - a convenient and standard function to be sure. The problem is: I can't find the button or menu item to take me back to the spreadsheet after I'm done with the document. If I am using this relationship for personal or office reference, say, accounting or some other organizational system, it makes sense to me that I would be able to use the hyperlink both ways. This would provide for a very nice help system or document storage relating to various totals having to do with normal business or personal information management.
Am I missing the obvious or does this function not exist?
I lie awake at night awaiting a response.
