|
Hi there ,
I have been working on an invoice which I am having a few problems with in regards to formulas and print/formatting etc.
I have made a separate post relating to the formula side of things here
however the next problem I need some help in is with the Printing of the actual invoices.
my current invoice template allows for say 40 entries to fill and if I print it then it prints fitting the page fine.
however I am wondering if there was some way where I could have more then 30 entries and if somehow implement a macro which would resize the printable area or page accordingly.
so if my current invoice had 30 entries it would print filling the page (vertically) to fit these items into the page output by the printer.
now Iam not sure how to go about this but sometimes I may have 40,50,even 100 items I need to invoice for , this causes a problem as my invoice can only hold.. 30 items at current.
is there some way of having invoices perhaps spanned across 2-3 pages when printed with the 'Total' only on the last page of the invoice?
not sure how to do this .. any idea's/help would be greatly appreciated.
regards
LerNed.
