I had a PDF file for the DOCS--it was around 428 pages.
I have printed most of it but LOST the file.
Anybody have such?

Print out? For me...yes.
438 pages. But....I printed 4 pages on a sheet. Not critically bad.
Will have it bound at printer.
Thanks for the reference which I could not find.
