In Excel On Print Preview u have the various options of changing the page setup like Potrait / Landscape , setting up margins, fit to page, IScaling %, etc.
I have not been able to find these option in Open Office could any help me with the solution for doing these..

Hello,
You can change page formatting directly by:
Format=>Page
Or you may do like this
File=>Page Preview
a new toolbar would appear, on that new toolbar you can click
Page Format
and get the same result as above

| Also the Format> Print Range is worth your investigation. That is where you can assign particular settings to specific pages or areas, like if you want portrait for one page and landscape for another. It was pretty confusing at first but worth the effort to figure out. |
