I need to make a table, but I need the cell sizes to be constant and defined. How can I do this? Making text automatically go to the next cell when one is full would be nice, too.

I think you may have to first create a table of the desired size and dimension, then insert frames into the cells and link up those frames. In this way the frame content will flow from one frame to the next one.
