OO-3.3 does not open OOo-Dev_DEV300m106 Calc .ODS file

Hello,

I am new to Open Office User Forum. I use MS-Windows-7. Recently I installed the version 3.3 of the OpenOffice. Version 3.3 gives an error when I try to open .ods Calc file generated by OOo-Dev_DEV300m106 Developers SnapShot version which I installed sometime ago. The file of interest is password protected but even before getting to the password entry stage I get the error listed below :

Read error.
Format Error discovered in the file in sub-document $(ARG1) at $(ARG2) (row,col).

I also often save the same file in Excel .xls format which version 3.3 is able to open but, have not done so for the latest version to which I have added new important information.

Any ideas what I can do to read the .ods file with OpenOffice-3.3?
