Iin a spreadsheet the hyperlinks to OOo spraedsheets are broken.
This has happened before.
Links to websites are fine.
Can this be repaired or do I have to set them up again?

Sorry but your sentence doesn't make any sense. Where are the hyperlinks ? Do they link to external spreadsheets ?

I did this:
1) Create a link between two CALC files
2) Choose Edit=>Link=>Break Link
Now I can't restore the link. Maybe you have to set them up again  . I'll search for more clues... and go back to my thinking chair.
