How to change the math editor font?

I couldn't find the appropriate command to change the font used by default within the math editor frame. Something monospaced would be ideal. Will someone please help me?

With the editor open:
Format > Fonts...
Having selected the fonts that you want click Default to make these your default fonts.

I'm sorry - I explained poorly.

I want to change the font that the editor employs for entry of equations - e.g., when I enter the text
"vec{nabla_%beta} left(vec{%beta}^T{bold %PHI} vec{%beta}right)"

in the pane at the bottom of OO, I'd like for this font to be in, say, Courier. Additionally, is there any way to change the default tab stops in the editor pane?

Try the function font in Ooo Math. The formulas which will follow this entry will be in the font selected. But, be carefull to a thing : the function font returns the fonts that you have entered in the dialog box fomat--> fonts and in the entries serif, sans or fixed.
For example, if you have entered fixed = courrier, type in Ooo Math :
font fixed followed by the formula you need between {}.

I have the same problem. I (we) don't want to change the font of a formula, I want to change the font of the editor itself. That's the window on the bottom where you write the equation. Is there any way to change that font? It's painfully small with high resolutions.
