Problem with Open Office in C++

Hello, i have a problem after instalation OpenOfficeSDK.
I try to make a C++ application that can open a OpenOffice Writer and after to add a toolbar.
But i can't seem to find any tlb ore something like this that coud help me to create instance of application.
